The UK used to be in this position where they shared a language with a bunch of cool countries and were also in Europe. Good for Spain, Portugal
Same thing happening with Ukrainian refugees in Poland. Similar culture, similar language, booming economy no integration problems.
Btw, I wonder how did the British attempt to lure in the refugees from Hong Kong worked out.
